A Backyard Passion, Never Compromised

Commonwealth BBQ & Provisions started in a Louisville backyard in 2024, built on a love for real Texas-style barbecue and a stubborn commitment to doing it right. Family-owned and run, we smoke every brisket, every rack of ribs, and every link of house-made sausage low and slow, with no shortcuts. We took that backyard passion to a food truck and never changed a thing about how it's done: real wood, real smoke, and all the time it takes.
